My name is Simon Bedard, broker, and Team leader of Bedard Real Estate Team at EXIT Realty Matrix. I chose EXIT because it truly feels like home to me; its strong sense of community and shared values align perfectly with my own. As a people person, I’m passionate about building connections. Originally from Hawkesbury, I’m fully bilingual and primarily serve the Prescott-Russell area. I began my real estate career in 2017 as a Sales Representative and quickly earned the Rookie of the Year award for EXIT Eastern Ontario. In February 2020, I achieved my Broker license, becoming the youngest agent to do so at EXIT Realty Matrix. This is proof that dedication and perseverance lead to success.
